All physical products sold through Mother Herb are intended for personal use only. Product descriptions, images and information are provided as accurately as possible; however, slight variations may occur.

Clients are responsible for their own decisions, actions and outcomes following any session.

Mother Herb reserves the right to refuse or discontinue sessions where it is considered that the service is not suitable for a client’s needs.

Tarot and pendulum readings are provided for guidance and personal insight only. Readings are interpretive in nature and should not be considered factual, guaranteed, or predictive of future outcomes.

These services are not a substitute for professional advice of any kind, including medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.

Clients must be aged 18 or over to purchase Tarot or Pendulum services.

All services must be paid for in advance at the time of booking.

If a client needs to reschedule a session, reasonable notice must be provided. Mother Herb reserves the right to determine whether rescheduling or refunds are appropriate depending on circumstances.

Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in the session being forfeited.

Due to the nature of personalised services, refunds are not provided once a session has taken place.

Refunds for physical products are not accepted, replacements are considered with suitable evidence of a faulty product

Digital products are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

Mother Herb shall not be held liable for any decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from the use of products or services purchased through this website.

All services and products are used at the client’s own discretion and responsibility.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
